No, there is no limit on the number of categories or individual units you can have.
Direct integration with PitchUp and Campsites is included as part of the pro plan. We have iCal feeds for other providers which are also part of the pro plan.
No! You can choose to pay monthly, which is cancellable with 30 days' notice or pay annually on a 12-month contract (where you will get 12 months for the price of 10).
Pitched Booking links with over 30 different payment gateways, including Stripe, Square, PayPal, Opayo (formerly Sage Pay) and many others. You will need to either already have or sign-up for one of these payment gateway providers in order to use our system.
Yes! Automated emails for balance reminders are included on the lite plan. Pre-arrivals and custom email journeys are part of the pro plan. Online booking and back-office booking confirmation emails are automatically set-up for you.
Yes this is included in the pro plan.
Yes! We have several customers who use our system to run bookings across their group. However, self-sign-up is not possible on this scale – please call us on 01726 418111 to discuss your requirements.
Yes. Our Unit Suitability feature allows you to restrict certain touring types in specific pitches, so you don't have to worry that an inappropriate tourer will arrive on an unsuitable pitch.
Yes, you can drag and drop a booking to another unit with ease. You can also cancel and refund a booking in just a few clicks.
